Couples therapy isn't just for relationships in crisis. It's for any two people who want to understand each other more deeply, break out of painful patterns, or navigate something they can't quite work through on their own.
I work with couples at all stages — newly together and wanting to build a strong foundation, long-term partners feeling the weight of distance or disconnection, and everyone in between. I also work with couples who are questioning whether to stay together, and those who have decided to separate and want to do so with care.
My role isn't to take sides or tell you what your relationship should look like. It's to help you both feel heard, to slow down the moments that tend to escalate, and to create enough safety that something new becomes possible between you.

I work with couples of all genders, sexual orientations, and relationship structures. This includes married and unmarried partners, LGBTQ+ couples, ethically non-monogamous relationships, and partnerships that involve kink or BDSM dynamics.
I also work with neurodivergent couples and those navigating the intersection of individual mental health challenges — like anxiety, depression, or trauma — and their relationship.
You don't need to be in crisis to benefit from couples therapy. Many of the couples I work with are simply ready to invest in their relationship and build something more intentional together.
