Connection is rarely as simple as we imagine it should be.
Even in loving relationships, people can find themselves feeling distant from one another, disconnected from their own bodies, uncertain about intimacy, or struggling to understand changes in desire over time. What once felt effortless may now feel confusing, painful, or difficult to talk about.
I provide online sex and relationship therapy for individuals and couples throughout Maine who are seeking a deeper understanding of themselves, their relationships, and their capacity for connection.
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and AASECT-Certified Sex Therapist, I support clients navigating challenges related to intimacy, sexuality, communication, relationship distress, identity exploration, and emotional wellbeing.
Many of the concerns that bring people to therapy are not signs that something is wrong with them or their relationship. More often, they reflect patterns that developed over time, protective strategies that once served an important purpose, or adaptations to experiences that have not yet been fully understood.
Therapy offers an opportunity to slow down, become curious about those patterns, and develop new ways of relating to yourself and others.

My work is informed by Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), the Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy (PACT), attachment theory, and nervous system regulation.
I am particularly interested in how emotional experiences become expressed through relationship patterns, conflict cycles, sexuality, and the body.
Many individuals and couples arrive in therapy believing they need better communication skills. While communication is important, the deeper work often involves understanding the emotional experiences that shape those interactions in the first place.
Together, we explore what happens beneath the surface of conflict, disconnection, avoidance, or shame. As awareness grows, new possibilities for intimacy, authenticity, and connection often emerge.
I provide secure online therapy for clients throughout Maine.
Whether you live in Portland, Bangor, Augusta, Lewiston, South Portland, or elsewhere in the state, online therapy offers access to specialized sex and relationship therapy from the comfort and privacy of your own space.
Therapy is not about becoming a different person.
It is about developing a deeper relationship with yourself, your experiences, and the people who matter most to you.
If you are considering therapy and would like to explore whether working together feels like a good fit, I welcome you to schedule a consultation.
